Easter "Bunny" Basket

This year I was inspired to make easter baskets for my kids from THIS pattern from LionBrand.com.

It looked cute and simple, so I was ready to start the moment I saw it (not to mention Easter was only 2 weeks away!)  My kids always use the cheap plastic buckets, which are great, but I figured - if I could make a re-usable cute basket that would last for years...why not?!  The yarn I use from the local hobby shop is washable, so I don't have to worry about dirt or dye, and it would be super easy to store becaue it folds up to about the size of a dish rag.  I got started on the stock pattern I was sent in a yarn company mailer, and half way through realized it was no where near big enough to hold the amount of eggs we normally hunt for, so I spruced up the pattern and made it my own!  Here's what I came up with- ENJOY!
